					<title>Just for the record- 12/2009</title>
					<link>http://balmministries.net/guestorblog.cfm?feature=372706&amp;postid=26356</link>
<description>Well, when I post these little notes on the website, it reflects the date that I posted them.&amp;nbsp; I never noticed that YOU all can&apos;t see that date, so let me UPdate you a bit.&amp;nbsp; It is now December.&amp;nbsp; Cindy&apos;s birthday month (Dec 1st) as well as brother-in-law Chris&apos; (Dec. 26th) and my son Johnny&apos;s (Dec. 25th).&amp;nbsp; Yes, I know it&apos;s hard to believe but I had a kid on Christmas Day.&amp;nbsp; I had a terrible time convincing anyone, mind you.&amp;nbsp; My husband at the time, Russ, said, &amp;quot;oh, you just think that because it&apos;s Christmas, go back to sleep and see if you still feel that way in an hour.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; I called my mother to come watch my 2 year old, Naomi, but my mother said, &amp;quot;Oh you just think that because it&apos;s Christmas, go back to sleep and see if you still feel that way in an hour.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; Then I called my doctor to say the pains were 5 minutes apart and he said, &amp;quot;Oh you just think that because it&apos;s Christmas, go back to sleep and see if you still feel that way in an hour.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; By the time I convinced anyone to take me to the hospital I had the baby in about an hour!&amp;nbsp; Of course, I&apos;d carefully taught my daughter about the true meaning of Christmas, so she was sure that I brought home the baby Jesus :-)

Remember that keeping the &amp;quot;Christ&amp;quot; in &amp;quot;Christmas&amp;quot; means living out the life of Christ in each of us - even in traffic jams, long lines, short budgets and grumpy Santas. The real challenge is letting the love of Jesus have room in our hearts and to be that light that leads others to Him.

To really keep up with us, you just need to look under the &amp;quot;chronicles&amp;quot; tab to see the monthly newsletter.&amp;nbsp; Have wonderful HolyDays!&amp;nbsp; Love to each of you, Marsha and Cindy</description>
